Progress on Chlamydia abortus
摘要
Abstract
Chlamydiaceae,a family of obligate intracellular Gram negative bacteria that once included one genus,Chlamydia.The Chlamydia abortus is one of the most common pathogens that can threat sheep industry seriously.Chlamydia abortion can not only infecte sheep,but also can cause of sheep abortion,stillbirth,even can infect human being.In the aspect of etiology,molecular biology technology with its rapid and relative sensitivity advantages has been developed rapidly,however,cell isolation and culture are the gold standard for the diagnosis of Chlamydia abortus.In the area of prevention,vaccine is an ideal measure to prevent Chlamydia abortion.Chlamydia abortus inactivated vaccine has obtained a national new drug certificate and can provide effective immune protection for sheep.Rational use of antimicrobials and vaccines can provide good protection for the sheep.关键词
