过载继电器性能监测与变化趋势分析
Performance Monitoring and Trend Analysis on an Overload Relay
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at performance degradation during the life,the protection mechanism of an overload relay was analyzed.The performance monitoring test program was determined and the monitoring test platform was designed.Key parameters such as the temperature and the action time under the different setting current were tested.The experimental data were acquired and analyzed.A grey prediction model was established to predict the trends of protection characteristics of overload relays,which lays the foundation on timely replacement of the products and ensuring the system security.关键词
