摘要

Abstract

Using AC contactor relay as research object,high-speed camera is used to capture the dynamic processing of the contactor.Using the Matlab software to filtering denoising,OTSU thresholding to obtain optimal threshold binarization of the images,extracting the trajectory of the armature and contacts and drawing its dynamic characteristic curve,finally comparing with the results of professional image processing software Image-Pro Plus and verify the accuracy of the design.The test method compared with the traditional method of image processing software in the processing speed has obvious advantages and lays the foundation for optimal design of electromagnetic mechanism.
