摘要

Abstract

This paper researched a dual paralleled buck inverting circuit based micro-inverter and its control strategy,where a DC/DC converter,serving as the front-end part,is employed to boost the voltage of the PV panel input and to implement MPPT control;where a dual paralleled buck inverting circuit,serving as the back-end part,is employed to realize the sinusoidal grid current control with unity power factor and to stabilize the DC bus voltage.Because of the nonexistence of the bridge shoot through risk,dead times in the drive signals are unnecessary in dual paralleled buck inverting circuit.The MOSFET built-in body diode is inactive,which optimizes the selection of switches and diodes.Since no common mode current will be introduced,tranformerless design is acceptable.Small value capacitance is achieved for DC bus capacitor,so that bulky electrolytic capacitors can be replaced by film capacitors.The circuit topology and control strategy researched were validated by the simulation results.
