直流配电网的优化运行控制策略研究
Research on Optimal Operation Control Strategy in DC Distribution System
摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve the technology and economic optimal operation comprehensively,an optimal operation control strategy was proposed,which combines the centralized optimal dispatch and real-time local control of converter.In a short time scale,the local control maintains voltage stability under various operating conditions and has fast response speed without communication,which is based on local information such as DC voltage and active power.In a long time scale,the optimal power flow model based on second-order cone programming theory was established to realize the economic operation,target to minimum network-loss and constrain the balancing power allocation The simulation results based on PSCAD / EMTDC indicate that the optimal dispatch can achieve global optimization,and the local control can keep the DC voltage stable under various operating conditions.关键词
