冷却塔检测鉴定及有限元计算分析
Inspection and Finite Element Analysis of a Cooling Tower
摘要
Abstract
A cooling tower has been used for more than 20 years,and there is a certain degree of aging and damage.The appearance of the tower,the degree of carbonation of concrete,the de gree of corrosion of steel bar,and the degree of inclination are detected.Using finite element method,the internal force and deformation of the cooling tower are calculated,when the wind load,temperature load and gravity load work respectively and simultaneously.The overall stabil ity and local stability analysis,the crack development under the combined loads are carried out.The results show that the rigidity,strength,safety coefficient,overall stability and local stability coefficient of the cooling tower can meet the requirements of the specification.In addition to some area of the tower,the crack width of the other of the body is satisfied with the maximum crack width.According to the results of the test and finite element calculation,the strengthening measures of the cooling tower are as follows:sticking carbon fiber cloth,anti-carbonation treatment of concrete surface,derusting and antirust measures,etc.关键词
