不同配比铁基预合金粉的胎体性能研究
Properties of Fe-based pre-alloy powders with different contents

Abstract
Two Fe-based pre-alloy powders (Fe43Co24Cu33 and Fe56Co14Cu30 referred as A and B) prepared by hydrometallurgical process were studied in this paper.The morphology and oxygen content of the powder particles were compared and analyzed.These Fe-based pre-alloy powders were sintered at 750,800,850,900,and 950 ℃,respectively.Rockwell hardness (HRD) was measured by HR-150A Rockwell Hardness Tester.The flexural strength of the specimen was measured by three-point bending method.The fracture morphology of the specimens was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature,the density of these specimen increases.When the temperature exceeds 850 ℃,the density gradually tends to be gentle.The hardness of the test specimen increases with increasing temperature and then decreases.The hardness of specimen B is higher than that of specimen A before 850℃,and reaches the maximum value at 800℃.When the temperature is higher than 850℃,The hardness of specimen A is higher than that of specimen B.The bending strength of the two test specimen increases with increasing temperature.The sintered specimen of pre-alloyed powder A is less sensitive to temperature,when the temperature reaches 850 ℃,the grains almost stop growing.The sintered specimen of pre-alloying powder B is relatively sensitive to temperature,and the grains grow up with increasing temperature.关键词
