Abstract
Objective To analyze the curative effect of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with smecta in the treatment of recurrent pharyngeal ulcer and its effect on immune function of patients.Methods 80 patients with recurrent pharyngeal ulcer were selected from August 2014 to August 2015,and randomly divided into study group and control group,40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with smecta,while the control group was only treated with smecta.The patients in the two groups were treated for 10 d.The total effective rate,ulcer healing time,lymphocyte subsets changes before and 10 d after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group (90.00％) was higher than that of the control group (70.00％) (P＜0.05).The ulcer healing time of the study group [(8.59±2.13)d] was significantly shorter than that of the control group [(19.84±3.45)d] (P＜0.05).CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ significantly increased after treatment in the two groups,while CD8+ decreased (P＜0.05);CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ after treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group [(39.81±3.18)％ vs.(34.28±2.6)％,(1.76±0.39) vs.(1.34±0.24)],CD8+ was lower than that in the control group [(22.67±2.09)％ vs.(25.62±2.45)％] (P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in the two groups during the period of 10 d.Conclusion Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with smecta in the treatment of recurrent pharyngeal ulcer has obvious curative effect,which can enhance the immune function of patients,worthy of study.关键词
