The differences between functional end-to-side anastomosis and traditional end-to-side anastomosis in the establishment of arteriovenous fistula surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the differences between functional end-to-side anastomosis and traditional end-to-side anastomosis in the establishment of arteriovenous fistula surgery.Methods 120 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing long-term hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to July 2015 were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table.Group A underwent arteriovenous fistula surgery with functional end-to-side anastomosis,while group B underwent arteriovenous fistula surgery with traditional end-to-side anastomosis.The surgical success rate and fistula unimpeded rate of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the surgical success rate and fistula unimpeded rate between the two groups (P＞0.05).The time of anastomosis and the incidence of postoperative complications in group A [(21.2±6.3)min,3.33％] were significantly better than those in group B [(27.8±5.9)min,15.00％],with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of functional end-to-side anastomosis in the establishment of arteriovenous fistula surgery can effectively simplify surgery,shorten operative time,effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications on the premise of ensuring the surgical success rate and fistula unimpeded rate,will help reduce the suffering of patients,ensure blood dialysis smooth.关键词
