Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of leonurus heterophyllus injection combined with carboprost tromethamine in the prevention of caesarean postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 102 puerperae undergoing cesarean section from December 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into the control group (n=51) and the observation group (n=5 I).The control group received uterine muscle injection of carboprost tromethamine,and the observation group received intramuscular injection of leonurus heterophyllus injection on the basis of the control group.Results The amount of bleeding postpartum 2 and 24 h in the observation group were less than those in the control group [(209.38±34.15)ml vs.(378.32±51.24)ml,(287.52±41.32)ml vs.(464.13±57.82)ml],the duration of lochia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group [(13.46±2.52)h vs.(22.32±3.88)h],the duration of uterine contraction in the observation group was longer than that in the control group [(3.28±0.76)h vs.(l.54±0.36)h].The levels of plasma Fib and D-dimer in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group [(3.2 l±0.67)g/L vs.(4.01±0.79) g/L,(1.10-±:0.32)mg/L vs.(2.54±0.56)mg/L;P＜0.05].The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (3.92％ vs.21.57％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Leonurus heterophyllus injection combined with carboprost tromethamine in the prevention of caesarean postpartum hemorrhage has significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.关键词
