Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods 70 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into study group and control group,35 cases in each group.Study group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with western medicine,while control group was only treated with western medicine.The two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.Results The total efficiency of the study group (94.29％) was higher than that of the control group (68.75％) (P＜0.05).The level of serum IL-10 in the study group after treatment [(27.62±4.67) μtg/L] was higher than that in the control group [(18.42±3.46)μg/L],the levels of CRP [(5.42±1.27)mg/L] and TNF-α [(1.56±0.34)pg/ml] were lower than those in the control group [(8.13±1.76)mg/L,(2.65±0.54)pg/ml] (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (5.71％) was lower than that in the control group (25.71％) (P＜0.05).The recurrence rate during 6 months of follow-up in the study group (2.86％) was lower than that in the control group (34.29％)(P＜0.05).Conclusiou Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with western medicine is effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can increase the level of serum IL-10 and decrease the levels of CRP and TNF-α,without severe adverse reactions,with low recurrence rate.关键词
