Abstract
Objective To study the effect of individualized regimen in the treatment of persistent allergic rhinitis in children and its effect on subjective and objective indexes.Methods Seventy-six children with persistent allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects,and divided into control group (n=38) and study group (n=38).The control group received routine levocetirizine treatment,while the study group was treated with individualized regimen according to the specific symptoms.The symptom score,life quality score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in running nose symptom score between the two groups (P＞0.05).The total score in the study group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group [(4.21±1.46) vs.(5.23±1.67),(3.0141.22) vs.(3.68±1.53);P＜0.05],the scores of pharyngeal itching,eye itching,sneezing,nasal obstruction,and nasal itching in the study group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05),RQLQ score in the study group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group [(18.52±12.73) vs.(25.38±15.47),(13.48±6.94) vs.(19.49±12.85);P＜0.05],the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.89％ vs.26.32％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Individualized regimen can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with persistent allergic rhinitis,improve the quality of life,with ideal treatment effect and high safety and economy.关键词
