Abstract
MnCO3-doped Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3(BMN) microwave dielectric ceramics were preparedvia a solid-phase reaction sintering process. The effect of MnCO3-doped amount on the sintering temperature, microstructures and dielectric properties of BMN ceramics was investigated. The results indicate that MnCO3 addition can lower the sintering temperature of the ceramics and improve the microwave dielectric properties. When MnCO3 is 4%, the sintering temperature decreases from 1550 to 1250℃. The apparent density of MnCO3-doped BMN microwave dielectric ceramic is 6.36g/cm3, the relative theoretical density is 98.6%. This ceramic possesses the superior microwave dielectric properties (i.e., high relative dielectric constant of 31.4, high quality factor plus resonant frequency of 99200GHz (8GHz), and near-zero temperature coefficient of resonant frequency valueof 3×10–7/℃.关键词
