摘要

Abstract

Zn1–xCuxZrNb2O8(ZCZN,x=0.00–0.05) microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by a conventional mixed solid method using ZnO, ZrO2, CuO and Nb2O5 as raw materials. The effect of CuO additives on the sinterability, phase composition, microstructure, and microwave dielectric properties was investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and network analysis, respectively. The results reveal that CuO additives can lower the sintering temperature, increase the quality factor and improve the dielectric constant of ZnZrNb2O8 ceramics. The optimal microwave dielectric properties of ceramics sintered at 1200℃ (i.e., dielectric constantεrof30.1, quality factorQ×f of53037GHz and frequency temperature coefficientτfof–57.21×10–6/℃) are obtained whenx = 0.03.
