经皮神经电刺激对大鼠切口痛的镇痛效果及血浆炎症因子的影响
The influence of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation on incision pain in rats and plasma levels of inflammatory factors

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) on incision pain and plasma inflammatory factors levels in rats.Methods:66 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:a control group,a model group and a TENS group.The rats were subjected to incision pain except for the controls.At 4 h after modeling,the rats in the TENS group were treated with TENS.The threshold of pain was detected by tail-flick test.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin (IL)-1 and IL-6 in plasma were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results:After TENS treatment,the pain threshold in TENS group was significantly increased (P ＜0.05).The plasma levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 were notably increased in the model group compared with the control group (P ＜0.05),but were decreased in the TENS group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:TENS had a significant an algesic effect on incision pain in rats,possibly by inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors like TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6.关键词
