Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical application of posteromedial approach to the knee with small incision fixation with the suture anchor for repairing comminuted fracture of tibial insertion of posterior cruciate ligament (PCL).Methods:From January 2014 to April 2016,52 patients with tibial fracture of the PCL admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different therapeutic methods:an observation group in which the patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation with the suture anchor through posteromedial approach,and a control group in which the patients underwen topen reduction and steel-wire fixation through a posterior approach.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,intra-operative blood-loss,hospital days were lower,while the range of motion (ROM) and Lysholm scores at 6 months post-operation were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P ＜0.05).The total response rate in the operation group (92.31％) was also higher than that in the control group (73.08％) (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Posteromedial approach by small incision fixation with the suture anchor was effective in repairing comminuted fracture of tibial insertion of PCL.It could better restore fracture anatomical structure and improve postoperative knee joint mobility and joint function.关键词
