摘要

Abstract

Plasma electrolysis was developed from air plasma.Microarc oxidation,nanosize polishing and grounding,nanosize reconstructed and nanometer particles were carried out on anode in plasma electrolysis.Plasma electrolytic saturation,plasma electrolytic deposition and smart film were presented on cathode in plasma electrolysis.Plasma electrolysis was formed the transition between glow discharge and arc discharge in high current and in high voltage.The characteristics of plasma electrolysis were condensed glow and dispersed arc with advantage of glow and arc.It is good method for surface treatment of materials.
