摘要
Abstract
In this paper,we used a polysiloxane with active groups in side chain (modified polysiloxane) as the base polymer of sustained-release hydrophobic anti-pollution-flashover coating and studied on the influence of coating's formulation on its hydrophobicity,tensile strength and self-cleaning property.The experiment results showed that the optimal ratio of modified polysiloxane to hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane was 40:60,then coating had relatively excellent hydrophobicity,and the average static contact angle and elongation of the coating reached its maximum.By adding polyamine organosiloxane and active nano metal oxide to reduce the surface resistance of the coating and increase the surface smoothness of the coating,so as to enhance the self-cleaning properties of the coating.关键词
