摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate level of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) and its relationship with liver fibrosis in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC).Methods A total of 40 PHC patients undergoing surgery during January 2014 and February 2016 were selected as PHC group,and other 40 patients with benign liver disease and 40 normal people were chosen as benign fiver disease group and normal group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect levels of sICAM-1 and liver fibrosis markers such as procollagen Ⅲ (PC Ⅲ),type Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C),laminin (LN) and hyaluronic acid (HA) in three groups,and correlation between serum sICAM-1 level and liver fibrosis markers was compared.Results Serum sICAM-1,LN,PC Ⅲ,HA and Ⅳ-C levels in PHC group were significantly higher than those in benign liver disease and normal groups (P < 0.05),and the sICAM-1 level in benign liver disease group was significantly higher than that in normal group (P < 0.05).Serum sICAM-1 level had positive correlation with LN,PC Ⅲ,HA and Ⅳ-C levels (r =0.575,0.679,0.541 and 0.577,P < 0.05).Conclusion Detection of serum sICAM-1 can reflect the occurrence,development and injury degree of hepatocyte in PHC patients,and it has positive correlation with liver fibrosis markers,and therefore it has important significance in early diagnosis and treatment of PHC.
