原发性干燥综合征患者唇腺组织BAFF、MMP-9和E-cad表达水平及其临床意义
Expression Levels and Clinical Significances of BAFF, MMP-9 and E-cad in Labial Gland Tissues of Patients with Primary Sjogren's Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate changes of expression levels and clinical significances of B cell activating factor of the tumor necrosis factor family (BAFF),matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) and E-cadherin (E-cad) in labial gland tissues of patients with primary sjogren's syndrome (PSS).Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with PSS during May 2014 and April 2016 was retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were used as the PSS group,and 58 healthy people taking medical examination at the same period were selected as healthy group.Expression levels of BAFF,MMP-9 and E-cad in labial gland tissues were compared by immunohistochemistry SP method in two groups,and clinical significances of level changes were analyzed.Results Expression levels of MMP-9 and BAFF in labial gland tissues and value of accumulated optical density were significantly higher (P ＜ 0.001),while expression levcl of E-cad in labial gland tissues was lower in PSS group than those in healthy group (P ＜ 0.001).The higher the Chisholm grade of PSS patients,the stronger MMP-9 and BAFF were expressed (P ＜ 0.001,P ＜ 0.05),but the lower E-cad was expressed in PSS patients (P ＜0.001,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expressions of BAFF,MMP-9 and E-cad can be found in patients with PSS,and the above expression levels have related to pathological grade,and they may be involved in pathogenesis of PSS,which can provide theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment of PSS.关键词
