Abstract
In the complex area,emergency rescue personnel and materials transport may face various conditions such as road break.To overcome this kind of problems,the basic design requirements and working principle of the rescue system are put forward and the structural parameters are designed based on national standard specification and working condition of field.The design method and the mechanics calculation process of the bearing cable part of the rescue system are expounded,and the design of replacing the wire rope with ultra-high molecular weight fiber rope is proposed,which can reduce the system cost and improve the efficiency.Then the traction drive module of the rescue cable system is designed and calculated.In a certain area of Hubei province,the field assembly,modulation and test of the rescue cable system are carried out with the mechanical lifting inversion method,which proves that the temporary assembling overhead cableway can realize the emergency transportation of small materials under the complicated geographical conditions.So the data support and design test method are provided for realizing the long-distance and rapid erection of the emergency transportation technology,which has a wide application prospect.关键词
