小城镇基准地价更新及问题研究
Study on Benchmark Land Price Update and Some Problems in Small Towns
摘要
Abstract
The empirical research is used to explore the benchmark land price evaluation method in small towns so as to provide a reference for the benchmark land price evaluation with scarce samples in small towns.The proposed method breaks through the limitation of traditional methods of benchmark land price evaluation in small towns,overcomes the scarcity of sample data, enriches and improves the benchmark land price evaluation system.The proposed method can reduce the effect of sample scarcity on land price evaluation and is of significance to improve the benchmark land price system in China.关键词
