超声引导下经皮穿刺置管引流治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效
The Effect of Ultrasound Guided Percutaneous Catheter Drainage in the Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter drainage in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:84 cases with severe acute pancreatitis cured in our hospital from March 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the research object.All of them were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table, 42 cases in the each group.Patients in the control group implemented with conservative treatment, and the observation group treated with ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter drainage on the basis of the above treatment measures.The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results:After treatment, blood WBC, serum amylase in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).The serum calcium level in the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The symptoms disappeared time, blood amylase recovery time and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than the control group (P < 0.05).The incidence abdominal infection and organ failure in observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter drainage has many advantages, has definite curative effect on severe acute pancreatitis, which has high value of clinical application.关键词
