腹腔镜手术与开腹手术对重症急性胰腺炎外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响比较
Comparing the Impact of Laparoscopic Surgery with Open Surgery for Severe Acute Peripheral Blood T Lymphocyte Subsets

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for severe acute peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets.Methods:98 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected and divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (49 cases).The patients in control group were treated with open surgery, patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery.Results:The level of the Lym,CD3+ and CD4+ of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the patients in control group, whereas the level of CD8+ of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the patients in control group (P <0.01).Furthermore, the level of Ang-Ⅱ,Ang-Ⅲ,ALD of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the patients in control group (P <0.01) and the level of IL-6,PCT,hs-CRP of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the patients in control group (P <0.01).Conclusion:Laparoscopic treatment of severe acute pancreatitis have obviously effect, advantages of the wound is small, simple and quick recovery, can effectively restore immune function in patients, improve the therapeutic effect, also can improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
