后腹腔镜肾部分切除术和开放肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的疗效比较
Efficacy Comparation of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy and Open Partial Nephrectomy for the Treatment of Renal Tumors

Abstract
Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy(LPN) and open partial nephrectomy (OPN) for the treatment of renal tumors.Methods:94 patients with renal tumor treated by renal resection in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into retroperitoneal laparoscopic group and open group, 47 cases in each group,observation compared two groups of then the operation time, intraoperative blood loss index, serum creatinine and postoperative complications rate, etc.were observed and compared.Results:Intraoperative blood loss, postoperative flow and postoperative hospital stay, postoperative intestinal recovery time, postoperative pain medication dosage in the retroperitoneal laparoscopic group were significantly less than those in the open group (P < 0.05).3 days after the operation, the serum creatinine level is lower than that in the open group, there was statistical significance (P < 0.05).The postoperative complication rate was 4.3% in the retroperitoneal laparoscopic group, significantly less than 17.0% in the open group, there was statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of LPN on stage T1 renal tumors can obtain similar efficacy to OPN, and the operation is more safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application and promotion, but its long-term efficacy still need long-term follow-up study.关键词
