洛铂联合艾迪注射液治疗NSCLC恶性胸腔积液患者的疗效
Efficacy of Los Platinum Combined Eddy Injection for Patients with Malignant Pleural Effusion

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of eddy injection combined los platinum pleural perfusion on advanced NSCLC patients with malignant pleural effusion and the influence on serum levels of VEGF.Methods: 74 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion with NSCLC admitted in our hospital from April 2013 to June 2015 were divided into control group and observation group according to random parallel grouping, 37 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with intrapleural perfusion of luo platinum.The patients in the observation group were treated with eddly injection on the basis of the control group.The efficacy after treatment of all the patients and its influence on serum levels of VEGF were compared.Results: After treatment, the clinical remission rate of the control group (67.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (48.6%) (P < 0.05).The VECR level of two groups patients(140.22±19.30ng/L vs105.54±13.48ng/L)after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05);the degree of decline in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P < 0.05);the incidence of patients in observation group with chest pain, bone marrow suppression was lower than that in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The clinical application of los platinum pleural perfusion combined with eddy injection treatment of advanced NSCLC with malignant pleural effusion curative effect significantly, can significantly improve the serum VEGF levels, and high safety and it can be popularized in clinical application.关键词
