奥司他韦联合炎琥宁在小儿病毒性肺炎中的应用
Application of Oseltamivir Combined with Yanhuning in Children with Viral Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of oseltamivir combined with Yanhuning in children with viral pneumonia so as to provide reference for future clinical treatment.Methods: 60 cases of children with viral pneumonia admitted in our hospital from Jan.2014 to Oct.2016 were selected as the research object.By randomly all the patients were divided into 2 groups, control the treatment group was given Yanhuning, the observation group was given oseltamivir combined with Yanhuning treatment, 30 cases in each group.The two groups were observed the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction.Results: The observation group R =0.5278, t =14.161, the confidence interval (0.4516, 0.6040), the 95% confidence interval does not include 0.05, the difference was statistically significant;The observation group of patients with wheezing;sputum;cough;pulmonary rales disappeared time was shorter than the control group (P < 0.05);The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00% significantly lower than 33.33% of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Oseltamivir combined with Yanhuning treatment of children with viral pneumonia can produce a curative effect and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worth to have a clinical application and promotion.关键词
