经阴道彩色多普勒超声在剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠诊治中的应用
Application of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis and Treatment of Uterine Scar Pregnancy after Cesarean Section

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of uterine scar pregnancy (CSP) after cesarean section.Methods: 30 CSP patients confirmed by pathology and 30 cases of non CSP patients admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects.The patients in two groups were separately given transabdominal color doppler ultrasound and transvaginal color doppler ultrasound examination.The clinical and pathological results were the "gold standard".The accuracy, the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of two methods were compared.Results: The misdiagnosis rate of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound inspection group were separately 23.33% (7/30) and 6.66% (2/30);the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the misdiagnosis rate of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound inspection group were 20% (6/30) and 6.66% (2/30);the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section rate of accuracy is higher than transabdominal color doppler ultrasound examination.It has a lower rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate, and can provide accurate therapeutic claims for more patients, make treatment more reasonable, reflect the high value of clinical application.关键词
