Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of probiotics in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori.Methods: 122 cases of Hp positive patients were selected and were randomly divided into three groups.Group A were received quadruple chemotherapy for 14 days, group B were receved bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets combinated with quadruple chemotherapy for 14 days, group C were receved bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets 14 days.Results: Group A and group B were better than group C in the eradication rate of Hp, and group B receivce the highest eradication rate of Hp.Group B possess absolute advantage in the prevention of reinfection rate of Hp.Conclusion: The application of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets alone can not improve the eradication rate of Hp, and its combination with quadruple therapy can significantly improve the rate of Helicobacter pylori eradication, and can significantly reduce the long-term Hp reinfection rate.关键词
