石河子市春季大气颗粒物TSP和PM10中微生物群落特征
Assessment of microbial communities in TSP and PM10 of Shihezi during spring

Abstract
Recently,particulate matter carried on microorganisms has been reported to be responsible for human allergies and respiratory diseases;however,the microbial content of the atmosphere has been considered less.Sequencing of the 16S and 18S rRNA genes was conducted to investigate the microbial composition of TSP and PM10 pollutants during the spring of 2015 in Shihezi.The results showed that the bacterial community mainly comprised Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria;the fungal microbial community mainly comprised Ascomycota and Basidiomycota phyla.Massilia and Acinetobacter occupied more relative content in the 16S rDNA sequencing analysis,whereas Pleospora and Penidiella show higher relative abundance in 18S rDNA sequencing analysis at the genus level.This study detected the genera of several pathogenic bacteria and opportunistic pathogens,among which some genera might cause several human and plant diseases.The results of this study are expected to provide a reference for human life.关键词
