高含固污泥在热水解-厌氧消化工艺中的流变特性分析
Analysis on rheological characterization of high solid sludge in process of thermal hydrolysis-anaerobic digestion

Abstract
The rheological properties of three kinds of high solid sludge,mixed,thermally hydrolyzed and digested sludge,were analyzed in the combined process of thermal hydrolysis and mesophilic anaerobic digestion.The variation of viscosity,yield stress and thixotropy was investigated,and discussing TSS influence on the rheology of sludge.The results showed that these three kinds of sludge were non-Newtonian pseudo-plastic fluids,and their fluid features could be depicted by Herschel-Bulkley model.The limit viscosity showed exponential relationship with TSS.The yield stress increases significantly when TSS is higher than 7.3%,and flow becomes worse.The thixotropy of thermally hydrolyzed and digested sludge decreased more than 50%,compared to mixed Sludge,and thixotropic kinetic coefficient K of sludge is much better for characterizing thixotropism than hysteresis loop.关键词
