氧化苦参碱肠黏附缓释片的制备工艺研究

Abstract
To research on the preparation technology of the intestinal adhesion sustained-release tablets of oxymatrine, the single factor experiment was used to screen the carbomer type, eighteen alcohol and carbomer ratio, the amount of lubricant, the hardness of the tablets in the preparation on the basis of orthogonal experimental design and optimization of oxymatrine sustained-release tablets formulation combination. Results indicated that the best prescription of oxymatrine sustained-release tablets was 74.25% of solid dispersion, 24.75% carbomer and 1% magnesium stearate according to the equal incremental method of mixing. The powder could be directly compressed, the hardness was 5 N, and weight was 400 mg/tablet. The prescription of the preparation was good, and the results were reasonable and feasible.关键词
