摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of argatroban on vascular endothelial function,Hcy and inflammatory state for acute cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy-five patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from Jan.2014 to Jun.2016 were selected, and were divided into two groups.Control group(n=36)applied conventional treatment measures.Experimental group(n=39)increased argatroban on the basis of control group. Before and after the treatment, the vascular endothelial function(NO,ET-1),Hcy and inflammatory state(hs-CRP)levels were observed and compare between the two groups. Results Before the treatment, the levels of NO,ET-1,Hcy and hs-CRP had no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment, the level of NO increased, the levels of ET-1,Hcy and hs-CRP decreased than those before treatment between two groups, and in the experimental group,NO level was higher and the levels of ET-1,Hcy and hs-CRP were lower that those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Argatroban in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can reduce the damage of vascular endothelial function and the degree of inflammation,so as to improve the neurological function, and promote the therapeutic effect.关键词
