Abstract
Objective:To study the activation effect of Myrieetin on lymphocyte proliferation and marcrophages in mice.Methods:The lymphocyte proliferation with or without mitogen was assessed by MTT assay in vitro.The phagocytic ability of peritoneal macrophage was evaluated with neutral red dye phagocytosis assay;nitric oxide (NO) production was examined by Griess reaction;the activity of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-4 were measured by Elisa.Results:Myrieetin can significantly promote the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes,enhance the phagocytic ability and NO release of peritoneal macrophage.TNF-α,IL-1βproduction by RAW264.7 cells were promoted and IL-4 was suppressed after incubation of RAW 264.7 cells with Myrieetin.Conclusion:Myrieetin can markedly promote the lymphocyte proliferation and enhance the effect of phagocytosis and secretion of macrophage,thus improve the immune function.关键词
