摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the antiproliferation activity and mechanism of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on human prostate cancer PC-3 cells.Methods:PC-3 cells were cultured in vitro;MTT and SRB were performed to observe the proliferation.PI was utilized for measure the apoptosis.The expressions of Caspase-3,Caspase-9 and Fas were determined by ELISA.The activity of SOD and content of MDA were assayed with corresponding kits respectively.Results:Shenqi Fuzheng injection could inhibit the proliferation of PC-3 cells in vitro,which was concentration-dependent,PC-3 cells were induced apoptosis,the expressions of Caspase-3,Caspase-9 and Fas were promoted,the activity of SOD increased,MDA decreased significantly.Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng injection inhibits the proliferation of PC-3 cells,which may related with start the mitochondrial pathway,death receptor pathway,endoplasmic reticulum road,and increase the antioxidant function.关键词
