消肿利节方治疗膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎(瘀水互结证)的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Xiaozhong Lijie Decotion(消肿利节方) in Treatment of Acute Traumatic Synovitis of the Knee (Blood-water Stasis Syndrome)

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaozhong Lijie Decotion in treatment of the patients with acute traumatic synovitis of the knee (Blood-water stasis syndrome).Methods:The 43 patients diagnosed with acute traumatic synovitis of the knee (Blood-water stasis syndrome) were divided randomly into treatment group (21 cases) and control group (22 cases).The treatment group was treated with the Xiaozhong Lijie Decotion for 2 weeks while the control group was treated with the synovitis granules for 2 weeks.Meanwhile,record the KOOS score including five aspects and measure the joint effusion grade ultrasonically.Results:Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of treatment group was better (P＜0.05).After treatment,the indexes of the two groups all decreased with different degrees (P＜0.05).The KOOS scores,symptoms scores and function scores in daily living of treatment group were all lower than the control group (P＜0.05),while the other scores and joint effusion had no significant difference (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhong Lijie Decotion have an exact effect on treatment of the patients with acute traumatic synovitis of the knee (Blood-water stasis syndrome),it can improve joint swell degree and recover the function and daily activities of knee.关键词
