喜炎平注射液联合抗菌药物治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的随机对照研究
Xiyanping Injection(喜炎平注射液)combined Antimicrobial in the Treatment of Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Xiyanping injection combined Antimicrobial,or Antimicrobial only in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children and its influence on Inflammatory indices.Methods:The 80 patients with acute upper respiratory infection were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group with 40 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with antimicrobial,while the patients in treatment group were administered with Xiyanping injection combined antimicrobial,and the variety and usage of antimicrobial was the same to control group.The treatment course of the two groups was 3～7 days,the clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed,and the main symptoms and signs were compared between two groups.The level of WBC and hs-CRP in both two groups before and after treatment were detected.Results:The cure rate in the control and treatment group after treatment were 17.5％ and 40.0％;and he efficacies in the control and treatment group after treatment 3 days were 80.0％ and 100％ respectively,and there was difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The treatment group of children's fever,cough,pharynx pain disappearance ratio was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05),and the relief time was significantly less than the control group (P＜0.05).The levels of WBC and hs-CRP were significantly improved in two groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment (P＜0.05),and these indicators in treatment group improved better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xiyanping injection combined with antimicrobial has good clinical curative effect in treatment of pediatric acute upper respiratory infection.关键词
