Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Guizhi Gancao Decoction on heart rate variability and quality of life in ventricular premature patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:The 58 ventricular premature patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups both received the basic symptomatic treatment and amiodarone treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Guizhi Gancao decoction.After 2 courses of treatment,2 weeks for a course of treatment,the heart function and quality of life of heart rate variability,the condition detection and evaluation of clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05);After treatment,the SDNN,SDANN,SDNNI and Pnn50 of the two groups both significantly increased (P＜0.05),and the improvement of indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the SV,LVFS and heart function indexes of LVEF of the two groups both significantly increased (P＜0.05),while the BNP significantly decreased (P＜0.05),and the improvement of indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the somatic symptoms and depression scale scores of the two groups both significantly decreased (P＜0.05),and the health happiness,life satisfaction and leisure activities of the two groups significantly increased (P＜0.05);After treatment,the improvement of indexes of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Guizhi Gancao Decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature with heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome is exactly,which can significantly reduce the heart rate variability,and improve heart function and the quality of life of patients.关键词
