Analysis of co-pyrolysis and synergistic effect of alkaline lignin and oil shale
摘要
Abstract
Atmospheric pyrolysis experiments of two individual samples and mixed samples of oil shale and alkaline lignin were performed by thermal gravimetric and infrared spectroscopy. The co-pyrolysis characteristics and the synergistic effect of the two were analyzed. The results show that there is obvious synergistic effect between alkaline lignin and oil shale only in the high temperature pyrolysis interval by comparing the theoretical value with the experimental value and the RMS index. The smaller the heating rate of the sample, the more thorough the reaction, and the mass loss rate was also the highest;otherwise, the phenomenon of pyrolysis lagged. The mass less peak of mixed pyrolysis of oil shale and alkaline lignin moved to the high temperature side with the heating rate increasing, but little overall changed. The gas release concentration of CH4,CO and aromatic compound was proportional to the heating rate, and the other products were irregular.Due to the pyrolysis gas phase product of alkaline lignin in the 900 ℃ final temperature diffusion failed, the bubble shaped small particles were formed on the char surface. But the pyrolysis of oil shale was close to completion, there was no bubble shaped small particles on the char surface, the overall smooth, there were a large number of voids in the char. With decrease of the proportion of oil shale in the mixed samples, the breaking phenomenon of semi coke began to occur, porosity increased;the bubble shaped small particles in the surface of semi coke dispersed and its shape became small;the semi coke surface roughness was reduced, the brightness of the surface increased.关键词
