摘要

Abstract

Rectisol was widely used as sour gas purification,however,it cannot be accurately described with the thermodynamic equation in the Aspen Plus.In order to improve calculation precision of thermodynamic equation,PENG-ROB,PK-ASPEN,PSRK thermodynamic equations in the Aspen Plus were used to simulate the desulfurization tower and decarbonization tower.Despite the results demonstrate a gap between the simulation results of three equations and the actual data.PSRK equation is proved to be the best one of them.On this basis,the part of binary interaction parameters are corrected to accurately simulate the desulfurization tower and decarbonization tower,and the result of the key components in the key stream precisely matches the actual data.Additionally,in order to increase the usability of simulation,the paper sets tear streams and convergence modules to simulate,the whole process,which provided a reliable technology support for rectisol process design and calculation.
