红豆杉内生真菌Fusarium solani B2-1萘酮类代谢产物研究
Study on naphthalenones from endophytic fungus Fusarium solani B2-1 isolated from Taxus mairei
摘要
Abstract
Four naphthalenones (1 ~ 4),including dihydronaphthalenone (1),5-hydroxydihydrofusarubin C (2),Fusarubin (3) and Chrysanthones B (4),were isolated from an EtOAc extract derived from a solid culture of the endophytic fungal strain Fusarium solani B2-1,which originated from Taxus mairei.Compound 4 was firstly isolated from the fungi of the genus Fusarium.All compounds 1~4 showed weak inhibitory activity against Mycobacterium marinum ATCCBAA-535 with inhibitory rate of 27.6 %,25.0%,28.4% and 24.4% at a concentration of 10 μg/mL,respectively.关键词
