新型有机硅阻燃PBT的研究
On Novel Organosilicon Flame Retardant PBT

Abstract
Special silicone-based flame retardant with superfine high activity magnesium hydroxide carrier (FRX-210) was selected to prepare halogen-free flame retardant poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT).Additionally,oxygen index analyzer and cone calorimeter were used to investigate the flame retardant effect on PBT when FRX-210 was added.The results showed that adding FRX-210 could significantly increase the limiting oxygen index (LOI) of PBT,as adding 30% FRX-210 could increase the LOI of PBT from 22.1% to 27.5%,and adding 20% FRX-210 and 10% boron phosphate could help the LOI of PBT reach 36.0%.By using FRX-210,thermal degradation rate of PBT reduced,the amount of char residue increased,and heat release rate and smoke release rate decreased during combustion,so as to improve the flame retardancy of PBT.关键词
