The Relationships between the Sixteen Personality Factors andMicro-expression Recognition of College Students

Abstract
In order to investigate the relationships between micro-expression recognition ability as well as the training effects of micro-expression training tools (METT) and The Sixteen Personality Factors,41 college students were assessed by 16 PF and micro-expression recognition ability determination.The results showed that the micro-expression recognition ability was significantly positively correlated with warmth,emotional stability,dominance,introversion and extroversion.The micro-expression recognition ability was no significant difference in gender,but there were significant differences in source places.The micro-expression recognition ability of college students from city was better than those from rural areas.The effects of micro-expression training were negatively correlated with sensitivity.Thus,there was a certain relationship between The Sixteen Personality Factors and the college students' micro-expression recognition ability,which also affected the effects of micro-expression training.关键词
