大学生元担忧对抑郁的影响:一个有中介的调节模型
The Effects of College Students` Meta-worry on Depression:A Mediated Moderation Model

Abstract
In order to investigate the mediated moderation effects among meta-worry,self-handicapping,stress and depression,Meta-worry Scale,Self-handicapping Scale (SHS) and Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale Brief Version (DASS-21) were used on 300 college students.The results showed that meta-worry of college students was a risk factor for depression (β=0.33,t=5.05,p<0.001).Self-handicapping had moderating effect with increased-risk on the relationship between meta-worry and depression (β=0.13,t=2.31,p<0.05).This adjustment effect (β=0.02,t=0.48,p>0.05) was with stress as a mediator (β=0.54,t=9.27,p<0.001).So it was considered that the effect of meta-worry on depression was adjusted by self-handicapping,and this adjustment effect was mediated by stress.This discovery provided an important theoretical basis for the treatment of depression which induced by meta-worry.关键词
