活细胞化学发光检测方法的研究
On Chemiluminescence Detection of Living Cells
摘要
Abstract
At present various microbes rapid detection technology still exists certain problems,there is no way can truly achieve the requirements of rapid detecting speed,high accuracy and low detection limit.Taking the enzymes in living cells as the test targets,with a synthetic chemiluminescent substrate as the detection reagent,a new method of chemiluminescence detection of microbial bacteria is studied.In order to optimize various assay conditions,the effects of reaction time and the pH of the buffer on the reaction time for chemiluminescence intensity are researched.关键词
