杭州市拱墅区中医药社区卫生服务满意度调查分析
Residents` degrees of satisfaction with community-orientedtraditional Chinese medicine health services

Abstract
Objective To understand the status quo of residents` degrees of satisfaction with community-oriented traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health services and the influencing factors.Method Firstly, 1000 residents from Gongshu district of Hangzhou city were selected as the subjects of study by random sampling and a self-designed questionnaire was used to survey their degrees of satisfaction.Then, single-factor and multi-factor analysis methods were used to survey and analyze the status quo of the residents` degrees of satisfaction with the community-oriented TCM health services provided to them and the influencing factors.Findings The subjects` degree of satisfaction with community-oriented TCM health services was 83.3%.The results of variance analysis showed that the residents` degrees of satisfaction varied significantly in accordance with the various living conditions, physical exercise situation, health satisfaction, smoking status, methods of TCM health care, TCM treatment of times and self-reported medical technology levels among the residents (P<0.05).The results of logistic regression model showed that there was higher satisfaction degree on TCM health services among those with daily physical exercise, no smoking habit, regular TCM health care, TCM treatment times greater than or equal to 5 times,good self-reported medical technology level and positive opinion on TCM.Conclusion Gongshu district of Hangzhou successfully achieved high degrees of satisfaction among residents with community-oriented TCM health services.The physical exercise situation, smoking status, methods of TCM health care, TCM treatment of times, self-reported medical technology level and opinion on TCM were the important factors influencing the residents` satisfaction with TCM community health services.关键词
