Abstract
Objective To understand the effects of PPH and DG-HAL in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Method According to different surgical methods, 96 cases of patients of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups, the DG-HAL group (n=48) and the PPH group (n=48).The surgery time, the hospitalization, the wound healing time, the short-term efficacy, the postoperative pain score and the number of pain, the postoperative early complications, the recurrence rate and the satisfaction rate in the 2 groups were documented and compared.Findings The surgery time, the hospitalization and the wound healing time in the DG-HAL group were significantly shorter than those of the PPH group (P<0.05).The short term efficacy of the DG-HAL group was not significantly different from that of the PPH group (P>0.05).The VAS scores as achieved 24h and 7d after treatment in the DG-HAL group were significantly lower than those of the PPH group (P<0.05).The cases of patients needed to relieve pain 24h and 7d after treatment in the DG-HAL group were significantly fewer than those the PPH group (P<0.05).The incidence rate of early postoperative complications in the DG-HAL group was significantly lower than that of the PPH group (P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the DG-HAL group were significantly higher than that in the PPH group (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the DG-HAL group was significantly lower than that of the PPH group (P<0.05).Conclusion There is good curative effect of the PPH and DG-HAL in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.The DG-HAL can shorten the operation, hospitalization and healing time, and relatively better reduce postoperative pain.The PPH can relatively better reduce long-term recurrence rate and increase the patient`s satisfaction.关键词
