摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of pedicle screw fixation by way of vertebral side clearance in the treatment of thoracic lumbar spine fractures.Method Firstly, 50 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=25) and a control group (n=25).The experimental group were treated with pedicle screw fixation by way of vertebral side clearance.The control group were treated with traditional method by stripping vertebral side for pedicle screw fixation.The operation indicators, the pain scores achieved 2 weeks and 6 months after treatment as obtained by VAS pain, and vertebral fanterior flange heights before and after follow-ups of the two groups were documented and analyzed.Findings The clinical operation index of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The VAS pain score of the experimental group was obviously lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The height of the injured vertebral fanterior margin between the two groups has no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion As compared to the traditional method, the new method can bring about shorter length of surgery time, less intraoperative bleeding and quicker recovery.关键词
