川芎嗪注射液对肺结核肺功能及纤维化状态的影响
Influence of ligustrazine injection on pulmonary function and fibrosis state of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective To study the influence state of ligustrazine injection on pulmonary function and fibrosis state of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 62 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases per group,the control group were treated with conventional treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis,the observation group were treated with ligustrazine injection based on the conventional treatment,then the pulmonary function(pulmonary ventilation and transition function indexes)and fibrosis state indexes of two groups before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared.Results The pulmonary ventilation and transition function indexes,fibrosis state indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared (P ＞ 0.05),while the pulmonary ventilation and transition function indexes of observation group after the treatment were all better than that of control group,the fibrosis state related serum indexes were all lower than that of control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The ligustrazine injection can obviously improve the pulmonary function and fibrosis state of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,so it's worthy of application in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.关键词
