罗尔斯对正义稳定性的论证
Rawls's Demonstration of Justice Stability
摘要
Abstract
Rawls's justice theory is mainly based on the capitalist social system,which demonstrates defects of the production mode under a particular social system.A lot of justice problems cannot be solved,but they will die out with changes of the external environment and the production mode.Rawls's justice theory with the pursuit of freedom,equality and rights is based on human beings' free will and personal choices.In his opinion,the consistency between justice and goodness can ensure justice stability.Meanwhile,justice stability comes from consensus and normativeness which can be realized through rationality.Justice is not extremely good,maybe it's just good,but it is still able to act as a regulatory requirement for other values.Rawls's demonstration of justice stability can provide beneficial references for the realization of socialist equity and justice.关键词
